Before coming back to school this semester I inherited a pair of my brother's old jeans. They were a size too small for him, and since he is a beanpole, they fit me perfectly. I told him I'd wear them. I think he was shocked when I sent him a picture of me wearing his jeans cuffed with my black pumps the other day.
So, for me, the boyfriend jean is literally the brother jean. Works for me. :]
